Delivery and payment Information
We deliver our jewels worldwide through Slovak Post Service and GLS parcel service (operates in Europe only).
When your order is paid confirmed on the website, we’ll process your request as soon as possible. Processing times may vary between 2 and 3 business days.
When the package is ready to be sent the delivery time to the different countries will depend on the local postal service (on average, allow for 4-21 business days). All our packages are sent out by 1st class.
GLS assures a shipping time period of 1-8 days depending on the destination.
We will not be responsible for any delivery delay that may result from the post service or parcel service.
Delivery in the whole world:
Post – This may be different depending on the delivery address.
- In Europe it will be 5,5 € for each delivery and free Slovak Post delivery as from 100€ orders.
- We offer a special delivery package to Hungary and Slovakia. 2,50 € by Slovak Parcel in Slovakia, and 3,50 € GLS parcel service in Hungary.
- Outside of Europe the costs will be 12 € and free delivery as from 150€ orders.
GLS parcel service – They operate in Europe only. The fee will be 15€ for each delivery, and free delivery as from 100€ orders.
For all countries outside of EU, additional possible taxes applied at customs are at your expense.

Please note that we do not carry out cash on delivery orders.
You changed your mind? No problem! You have 14 days (as from receipt of the order) to send us back your order if the product doesn’t suit you. Send us an email to email@example.com mentioning your first name, last name and order number. We’ll communicate you the return address by email.
If the items were made to your specifications, or are clearly personalized, you will not have the right to cancel your order.
The product must be returned in perfect condition (not used at all), packed in the original packaging by registered parcel with acknowledgment of receipt. Costs related to the return of a product are at your charge.
As soon as we receive the product, we’ll proceed to the reimbursement (excluding shipping costs) of the total amount on your bank account (through which you made the original payment), within maximum 14 calendar days.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you see an out of stock item it means it is sold, however, we try to make it again. It might take some time, 5-6 weeks to create the same quality and have the Metal Office controll. If we have elements on stock it could be managed in a shorter period of time. Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept custom orders within our abilities, but again, as in case of out of stock items, it might take up to 5-6 weeks. Please contact us via email@example.com
All our prices are in EUR. When you are to check out and pay, you will be automatically forwarded to Paypal site. For the time being all payments are handled by Paypal system.
Paypal is one of the safest way of paying in online world.
Note: You do not have to be a registered Paypal user to be able to pay, you can pay with your credit cards or use paypal account, if you have. However, Paypal changed its algorythm a few years ago, and sometimes buyers cannot pay without opening a Paypal account. Though it is free, and it might take 30 seconds to add the requested data to open an account, nevertheless, we fully understand if you do not want to do so, and you decide to cancel your order (just click on the blue line at the left bottom on the page). Unfortunately, we have no any influence on how Paypal operates in this matter (cookies, locality, time of the date, security check, etc.)
